B2B Branding & Communications at Enterprise Solutions focuses on building trust, visibility, and market leadership for our enterprise technology portfolio. The function transforms complex product offerings into impactful, insight-driven communication and engagement strategies that resonate with business audiences, strengthen customer relationships, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
We are seeking a Stream Head – B2B Branding & Communications with a strong grasp of brand strategy, marketing communications, customer engagement, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative storytelling and can effectively drive enterprise branding, thought leadership, customer engagement, and communication initiatives across the Jazz Business portfolio.
You will lead the B2B Branding & Communications function and report to the Vice President Products & Solutions.
The Stream Head – B2B Branding & Communications will lead the end-to-end marketing, branding, communications, and customer engagement strategy for key Jazz Business portfolios, including:
• Garaj Cloud
• Quantica
• C&IB
• GSM (Mobile Enterprise Solutions)
• Fixed Connectivity
The role will be responsible for strengthening the market positioning of these portfolios through integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, industry engagement, digital marketing, customer advocacy programs, executive communications, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
This role focuses on driving brand consistency, campaign excellence, executive visibility, customer-centric storytelling, and market influence across digital, social, event, PR, and traditional communication channels.
Brand & Positioning
• Develop and execute the overall Jazz Business brand and communication strategy to strengthen market positioning and business relevance.
• Build a unified brand narrative that connects Jazz Business solutions under a single, value-driven identity.
• Translate business priorities, technology propositions, and strategic initiatives into compelling and differentiated messaging.
• Position Jazz Business as a trusted enterprise technology partner through strategic branding and thought leadership initiatives.
• Promote Jazz Business leaders, technical experts, and specialists as industry thought leaders through speaking opportunities, podcasts, publications, and customer engagements.
• Strengthen market visibility through participation in leading technology and industry events, conferences, and forums.
• Drive communication around strategic partnerships, project completions, product launches, customized solutions, and business milestones.
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Design and implement integrated marketing and communication campaigns aligned with business, product, and sales objectives.
• Lead account-based engagement programs targeting strategic enterprise customers.
• Plan and execute customer roadshows, networking events, executive briefings, and customized customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage participation in leading IT and industry events through speaker engagements, sponsorships, exhibitions, and booth activations.
• Oversee agency management, creative development, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Drive Jazz-led customer engagement programs focused on relationship building, business development, and solution positioning.
• Ensure campaigns are data-informed, measurable, and continuously optimized based on performance insights.
Content & Communication
• Lead the creation of brand and business communication content across digital, PR, and offline channels.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives through podcasts, articles, customer success stories, case studies, newsletters, and industry narratives.
• Develop communication plans for product launches, customized solutions, strategic initiatives, partnerships, certifications, project completions, and awards.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communication assets and touchpoints.
• Lead executive communication and market-facing narratives that reinforce Jazz Business leadership and credibility.
• Manage communication around team achievements, certifications, celebrations, and organizational milestones.
Performance & Insights
• Define KPIs, track performance, and prepare dashboards for key branding, communication, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze campaign, event, and digital engagement metrics to derive actionable insights and improve ROI.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment to inform communication strategies.
• Champion data-driven decision-making across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
• Continuously optimize brand, communication, and customer engagement efforts through performance analysis.
Demand & Engagement
• Drive customer engagement through account-based marketing, roadshows, webinars, podcasts, executive interactions, and industry-focused activations.
• Partner with CRM, Sales, and Product teams to design nurturing journeys and engagement programs for enterprise customers.
• Lead customer-facing engagements focused on narrative building, solution positioning, and relationship development.
• Facilitate customer visits to Jazz Headquarters and cross-functional business engagement sessions.
• Build and manage relationships with OEMs, technology partners, industry bodies, and strategic stakeholders.
• Oversee customer appreciation initiatives including corporate gifting, event giveaways, seasonal campaigns, and relationship-building activities.
• Integrate branding and communication initiatives with demand generation and business growth objectives.
Internal Advocacy & Collaboration
• Promote understanding of Jazz Business solutions across internal stakeholders to strengthen alignment and advocacy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CRM, Corporate Communications, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Act as the custodian of the Jazz Business brand, ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity across all communications.
• Support internal communication initiatives highlighting certifications, achievements, training programs, celebrations, and business milestones.
• Foster collaboration across functions to strengthen customer experience and brand perception.
• Lead and mentor the B2B Branding & Communications team to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
8–10 years in brand management, B2B marketing, communications, customer engagement, or corporate communications—preferably within telecom, technology, cloud, ICT, SaaS, or enterprise solutions sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing communication principles and enterprise branding.
• Proven experience in customer engagement, event marketing, thought leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, website management, social media, SEO, newsletters, and LinkedIn engagement strategies.
• Experience managing industry events, executive engagements, partnerships, and external agencies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, concurrent projects, and competing priorities effectively.
