Currently we areseekinga highly motivated person to support the continuing growth of our business in the position of Manager inour Consulting practice inCroatia

The role:

• Support and/orco-lead business development inCroatian(and SEE)market activities toidentifyopportunities with new and existing clients (leading banks, insurance companies, payment institutions, fintech players and companies from other industries seeking ways to grow or partner in the financial services space)

• Support Financial Institutions (fintechplayers, other disruptors, insurers, banks...) in solving their strategic, operational and technology related challenges; lead andparticipatein our engagements, primarily (but not exclusively)inCroatiaandacrossSoutheasternEurope

• Remain up to date with regional and global business and economic issues, including latest strategic and digitalinnovation/AItrends and their impact onindustry players

• Initiate andparticipatein hiring, developing,leadingand supervising more junior team members

What we expect you to bring:

• Enthusiasm, can-do attitude, ability to lead, support, train and coach others and work effectively and manage engagement teams

• Ability and desire to achievereal tangibleimpact for our clients

• 5-8years of relevant experience in financial services industry (retail & digital bankinginsurance/payments, product development, strategy) as well as experience in one of the leading consulting firms or digital/technology vendors

• Knowledge and awareness ofboth basics andtrends related to technology and digital transformationin FS industry, ability to connect those with individual client needs and thus co-create concrete business opportunities

• Good presentation, communication and relationship management skills,fluencyand ability to communicate in English

• University degree(s)
