
Strategy & Transformation Leader ISC HPM/ AM&D
The Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager 80 is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain improvement strategies, ensuring the optimization of end-to-end processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. The role establishes and upholds a robust framework for Operational Excellence methodologies and tools, promoting consistency and excellence in process optimization endeavors across all supply chain functional areas. The role monitors and addresses risks within the supply chain, proactively identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans to uphold business continuity. The role implements best practices and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry norms, while maintaining elevated levels of operational excellence.
Context:
HPM/AMD Transformation is re-org to fit to future 3-5 years roadmap. The leader will drive the strategy design and the execution of the key projects/initiatives that are identified for HPM & AMD
Your role:
Drives the development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain improvement strategies, ensuring optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Establishes and maintains a robust framework for Operational Excellence methodologies and tools, driving consistency and excellence in process optimization efforts across all functional areas of the supply chain.
Leads cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drives continuous enhancements in supply chain operations, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
Monitors and mitigates risks within the supply chain, proactively identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
Implements best practices and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining high levels of operational excellence.
Drives innovation initiatives to leverage emerging technologies and trends in supply chain management, such as automation, AI, to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
Acts as a key liaison between different departments within the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve supply chain objectives and optimize overall business performance.
Stays abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, driving proactive adjustments to the supply chain strategy.
Provides strategic guidance and direction in addressing complex operational challenges, applying sound judgment and analytical rigor to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Works on complex issues, drawing on an in-depth understanding of the organization to analyze situations effectively, actively contributing to the development of organizational objectives and principles.
Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or equivalent.
