Job Description

This role isn’t about managing change — it’s about designing it. You’ll lead enterprise-wide mid- to long-term transformation (e.g., AI across the organisation, end-to-end Customer Journeys), turning leadership vision into action that reshapes how the business works.

Your new role

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Strategy & Transformation, you will play a key role in the management of the affiliate transformation programs. This is an opportunity for you to:

  • Manage and coordinate strategic and transformation plans and programs entrusted by the General Management and the Management Committee (e.g., AI across the organisation, end-to-end Customer Journeys).
  • Frame projects: define mid- to long-term objectives, scope, roadmap, resources, priorities and impact indicators, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Drive long-term vision, scenarios and planning: Pilot business cases and anticipate organizational transformation (e.g., monitor disruptive market & regulatory trends, identify scenario-based responses)

Ensure clear and regular visibility on progress: map projects, monitor risks and trade-offs, and report to General Management and the Executive Committee.Align business teams: coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate committees, workshops and decision-making bodies. Manage high-impact ad hoc strategic projects.

Your new department

You will join the Corporate Affairs Department whose main activities are: Strategy & Transformation, CSR, Internal & External Communication. You will join a team of four talented individuals and will interact with many internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Market Access) and external consulting firms.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone for this position who:

  • Has a Master’s degree in business, engineering or science or equivalent significant experience
  • Has a solid experience of minimum 6 years in consulting, strategic program management and transformation ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proven experience in cross-functional coordination, including the facilitation and alignment of senior leaders, and in the management of complex projects (locally and/or regionally).
  • You appreciate and are comfortable building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable understanding and communicating in French and English (oral and written).

Salary: For this position, the annual base salary is between 69420 € and 97190 €. [MD6] The position in this salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process, based on the suitability of skills, qualifications, knowledge, and experience relevant to the requirements of the position.

Bonuses: Depending on the level of the position and various other factors, the salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives.
