This role puts you right in the middle of the action, partnering with executives, working on high-impact strategic projects, driving transformation initiatives, and gaining exposure to private equity sponsors and senior business leaders. Working closely with the Global Head of Strategy (Former Bain & Company) , the Strategy and Transformation Associate plays a key role in designing and driving cross-functional strategies that deliver on strategic goals and profitable growth. The role will lead analytical insight to inform decision making to develop strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. You will be a key connector to identify, analyse and realise opportunities that deliver growth. As a group the Strategy and Growth function play a critical role in leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform long term business strategies and execute commercial growth.
This role is ideally suited to someone with at least three years of experience in Big Four, consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or commercial finance background who is ready to take the next step into an in-house strategy role. Experience in a high-growth FMCG, consumer products, manufacturing, or private equity-backed business would be advantageous.
