
Main Responsibilities:
- Support strategy development activities i.e., hypotheses generation, market analysis, opportunity prioritization, financial modelling, and other strategic analyses.
- Support in developing THC corporate-wide strategy and annual business plan.
- Support in defining internal capability development and performance improvement initiatives, across THC’s business functions.
- Support strategic business ventures and partnerships, including mergers and acquisitions, post merger integration, JVs and other, to drive THC’s growth agenda.
- Develop articulate and complex financial models including business plans, financial forecasts, and capital projects.
- Synthesize strategic analysis into high-quality presentation decks and management reports.
- Support project planning and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration project managers and functional owners.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders whilst ensuring a high degree of discretion and protecting confidentiality.
- Support key business meetings, both internal and external, to ensure strong engagement and outcomes.
- Support performance management and periodic reporting across internal and executive forums.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or any technical field.
• Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
Experience & Skills:
• 5-6 years of experience working across a blend of strategy, operations, and program management functions.
• Prior experience in management consulting is preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude and some demonstrable experience with strategic management, financial management and project execution.
• Ability to conduct research and develop actionable insights on strategic issues.
• Ability to multi-task, desire to learn and a passion for aviation.
• Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
