We are seeking an experienced Strategy Specialist to join a leading company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, performance management, and market research within the financial or insurance sectors. The role requires a high level of analytical and communication skills to support the organizations strategic objectives and long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor corporate strategies and business plans in alignment with the organizations vision and mission
Conduct in-depth market and industry analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation
Prepare strategic presentations, reports, and business case proposals
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions
Lead or support cross-functional projects related to business transformation, partnerships, or expansion
Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements in strategic planning processes
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning or business transformation within financial services or insurance sectors
Proven track record in market analysis, performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
