Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

The Role:

On your day-to-day, your responsibilities will be:

  • Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplace
  • Collaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performance
  • Evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metrics
  • Develop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectives
  • Engage with external stakeholders to explore opportunities for business expansion

Who You Are:

  • You have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) bachelor's degree
  • +5 years of experience in a process optimization and/or analytics role. +1 year of people management experience (as manager, PM, etc)
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decisions
  • Well-structured and assertive at communicating with upper and lower stakeholders
  • Able to overview processes, identify errors, propose and implement improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field.
  • Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
