Work you’ll do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Forensic & Financial Crime practice in Southeast Asia. We protect brands of companies and communities by proactively advising on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering and other financial crime issues. Support our clients to address business disputes, regulatory concerns and actions, or sensitive internal investigations into fraud, corruption and misconduct by using digital forensic and eDiscovery technology and analytics.

Forensic Discovery professionals work closely with clients and legal counsel to collect, preserve and analyse large amounts of unstructured data to support or refute the facts and allegations of commercial investigations and complex litigation. We leverage advanced digital investigative techniques and state-of-the-art technology to deliver effective solutions to our clients' complex legal issues. We use modern eDiscovery technology such as AI to manage matters cost-effectively, meet regulatory requirements, and reduce risk.

You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence-based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organisation.

The nature of the work we do includes:

• Assist the team in the identification, collection and management of electronic data in support of engagements relating to electronic discovery (eDiscovery), legal support, forensic investigations and digital forensics.
• Assist with the investigation and analysis of data using forensic methodologies and standard tools. This may include forensic analysis of laptop and desktop computer systems, servers, email servers, mobile devices and cloud repositories.
• Maintain detailed notes for work performed and findings for the preparation of forensic reports.
• Perform routine maintenance of forensic hardware and software.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engagement managers to receive guidance on case investigations and project progress.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:​

We’re looking for upcoming graduating students who are eager to explore a career in a dynamic and fast-paced professional services environment. ​​​

Eligibility:​​

• Available to start internship in 21 September 2026 to 11 December 2026.
• Graduates (Class of 2023–2026) with up to 3 years of full-time work experience
• Graduates with strong academic performance in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
