This position is based in Malmö, Karlshamn or Zaandijk.
As Strategy & Project Manager, you will work on strategic projects that support the continued growth and development of AAK Europe. You will take projects from analysis and problem definition through to recommendations and implementation, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
The role offers broad exposure to the European business and the opportunity to work across functions including Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT and M&A. You will help bring structure to complex business questions, turn strategic priorities into concrete actions and ensure that important initiatives move forward.
Reporting to the Strategy & Projects Director Europe, you will work closely with the European Leadership Team and other key stakeholders across AAK. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a tangible impact while developing your strategic and project leadership experience.
You will lead strategic and cross-functional projects from problem definition and analysis through to implementation and follow-up. This includes structuring complex business questions, developing business cases and recommendations, analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
You will work with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT, M&A and global functions to build alignment and drive projects forward. You will also prepare clear materials for leadership meetings and steering committees, while tracking project progress and ensuring initiatives deliver against agreed objectives.

We are looking for a curious and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex business questions and turning ideas into action.
You have 5–7 years of experience, ideally from management consulting, strategy consulting or a similar strategic role. Experience from the food industry, FMCG, consumer goods or a related industry is highly preferred.
You have experience working on strategic or cross-functional projects and are comfortable structuring complex problems, analysing information and developing clear recommendations. You have a good commercial understanding and are comfortable working with business cases, financial analysis, opportunities and risks.
You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can communicate complex topics clearly, whether in a leadership presentation or in day-to-day project discussions. You are structured and hands-on, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects moving forward.
A relevant university degree, for example in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, is expected.
You are comfortable moving between the bigger picture and the details. You know how to ask the right questions, bring structure to a problem and work with others to move things forward. You are curious, pragmatic and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and an interest in understanding how businesses work and creating tangible impact.
