Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.
For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded, and innovative Strategy & Program Manager to architect the joint operational future of our most recent acquisitions: Talon. One and Orb. In this role, you will sit within the Strategy and Program Management team, acting as the structural bridge between Adyen’s core operational engine - Support, Professional Services, and Merchant Operations - and our newly acquired entities.
Our goal is to combine our product offerings and maximize the value we can bring to our customers. Your mission is to design, implement, and drive adoption of the joint customer journeys, systems, and processes that allow these standalone engines to scale seamlessly within Adyen’s global framework. The ideal candidate is a strategic Operator who cuts through ambiguity, designs with a customer centric mindset, and possesses a relentless drive to remove complexity and build for scale.
The annual base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $180,000. Compensation is based on factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more.
This role will either be based in our New York or San Francisco office. We're an office-first company and expect employees to work in-office at least 3 days a week on average. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while also supporting flexibility.
We actively seek different perspectives to sharpen our ideas. Our unique culture is a product of our diverse backgrounds and experiences. No matter who you are or where you’re from, you’re welcome to be your true self at Adyen.
If you need accommodations or support during the recruitment process to perform at your best, you’ll have the opportunity to let our team know in your application. We encourage people from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process tends to take about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role. If you have specific time constraints, please communicate them with your recruiter, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them where possible.
