Job Description

This position plays a critical role in developing business strategy and conducting internal consulting projects to facilitate the decision making of senior executives and support the rapid growth of all line of business and geographic units with market and strategic insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with System & Service strategy team/Product Management team on macro economic/ industry/competitor intelligence
• Work closely with System & Service and Asia strategy team on strategy planning for better alignment
• Develop Asia manufacturing footprint/capacity strategy and products manufacturing strategies
• More focus on industry /competitor technology/engineering revolution, including product development, product roadmap , release and product features upgrade, competitor 's expansion and competitor's efforts on operational excellence.
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey (including. clients and external end user) and CI action follow up
• Facilitate and align individual factory strategy
• Assist Asia manufacturing business development director on Government /Industrial relationship
• Assistance India Strategy director on India strategy planning
• Drive, support and participate in the EHS culture creation, comply with and execute related EHS regulations
• Take good communication and cooperation with related department.
• Compliance with company ethics policy and other regulations and related EHS, quality policy.

Relationship

• Internal：Cooperate and leverage resources from all line of business and regions at all levels in Asia Manufacturing & Technology organization
• External：Cooperate and coordinate with China S&S, India Strategy team, and Asia Strategy team. Cooperate & lead external resources. Communication with industry experts, business partners, dealers, etc. based on project needs

Requirement Profile:

• 5 year + strategy experience in reputable HVACR or intelligent Building technology industry with excellent industry insight and analytical &project management skill
• Experience and knowledge in business model and business case facilitation and development
• Ability to synthesize complex constructs into understandable ideas
• Ability to develop proposals & reports with excellent PPT, Excel & Word skills
• Strong people skills, responsible, collaborative, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and creative
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, MBA is preferred
