In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Portfolio Marketing Director and the wider leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor on key commercial initiatives across customer retention, pricing, portfolio performance, growth, and operational improvement.

About the Role

As our Strategy & Performance Manager, you will be a key member of the Portfolio team and play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

You will develop insights from large and complex datasets, create executive-level recommendations, and help drive initiatives from ideas through implementation. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence some of Verisure's most important commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced commercial and quantitative analyses across customer, pricing, sales, retention, and performance data
• Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
• Develop business cases, decision materials, and executive presentations for senior leadership
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPIs, reporting solutions, and analytical tools in Power BI and Excel
• Develop and maintain data models, measures, and performance tracking frameworks
• Partner with stakeholders across commercial, operational, finance, and customer functions to improve business performance

About You

You are curious, commercially aware, and motivated by solving complex business challenges through data. You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to communicate clearly and influence decision-making.

We imagine that you:

• Have 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, commercial strategy, transaction services, audit, or a similar analytical environment
• Have advanced capabilities in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Are experienced in data modelling, reporting, and performance analysis
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience within subscription-based businesses, telecom, utilities, SaaS, recurring-revenue models, customer retention, pricing, or AI-driven analytics will be considered an advantage.
