About the Team
Our team aims to connect with our client partners, industry stakeholders and drive growth for their businesses using TikTok's suite of products & services. We will work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Trust & Safety, Global Marketing & manage an annual calendar for SEA Team to activate several touch points to communicate our core value proposition of a trusted entertainment platform that drives impact.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Leadership
- Support Global business marketing lead on established disciplines, attending meetings in the lead's place and providing input on plans.
- Provide APAC Business Marketing Lead with strategic input & best practices for marketing disciplines such as Marcoms & Content Solutions
- Act as key contact point for APAC business leadership on all marketing-related matters
- Provide Business Marketing Lead with team & business planning, including goal setting, performance tracking, budget planning & utilization, resource planning, processes & framework development, team health & productivity
- Conceptualise and deliver on large scale, multi-disciplinary projects that contribute to APAC's business growth
2. Process Management & Optimization
- Review, with strategy and product team, go to market approaches for product and narrative (vertical and moment) and ensure that external resources (agencies and suppliers) are made aware of key projects to ensure that they are staffed and ready
- Create operational structure, templates, cadence and deliverables for project managers to leverage
- Ensure best practices are adopted consistently and facilitate cross-functional process to advance projects and remove roadblocks, while keeping open communications
3. Delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and drive regional programs and initiatives focused on driving commercial benefit and delivery efficiency
- Act as a POC for business leads in the ongoing review of marketing deliverables, timelines, priorities and commitments
- Serve as project manager on high-priority or strategic internal or external projects or initiatives
- Prepare briefing materials, research, and/or presentation materials for internal and external meetings with key partners (or potential partners) - identifying goals, opportunities, and challenges
4. Relationship & Awareness
- Act as a key liaison between marketing and the wider business ecosystem - including sales, product, marketing science, user operations, global accounts and others
- Drive global-regional synergies across marketing, engaging stakeholders at all levels across different geographic coverage
