About the Team

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindset. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies, as well as ensuring that our customers have the right tools and products at their fingertips.

We're looking for a passionate Graduate Account Manager with a passion for digital advertising to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin, looking after Small & Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB). You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts in the UKI market. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
• Support in developing processes and policies related to business needs.
• Support and manage initiatives on a project basis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in EMEA and cross-region where needed.
• Anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them through developing strategic project plans and data-driven analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and findings to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for various business projects and events.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, media, marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience working within media in either a sales, marketing or strategy capacity.
• Demonstrated record of overseeing and driving strategic projects and programs that deliver high-impact results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies (e.g. Auction/Programmatic, brand/performance measurement, adtech/martech)
• A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed environments, bringing structure, prioritization, and clarity to evolving programs while proactively driving solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
