Key Responsibilities Include:

The role of a Manager Strategyis a leadership role within the team, responsible for building and maintaining the practice, leading multiple project engagements, opening and facilitating sales for the practice, and acting as an expert in leading strategic discussion and thought leadership (in particular on the topics of Travel and Aviation, transport, Logistics, Aerospace and Defense)

• Lead and manage project delivery in fast-paced and demanding environments.

• Drive a rigorous and structured approach toidentifyand solve business problems that lead to strategic insights.

• Lead value analysis to generate business insights andidentifyvalue-creation opportunities for clients and Accenture.

• Contribute to the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic.

• Demonstrate skill in people management, leading, motivating, and inspiring people.

• Provide feedback and coaching to others in compliance with the Performance Achievement

• Provide support in career development and address performanceconcernsas necessary.

• Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.

Job Qualifications -Required Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of experienceand withrelevant exposure in Strategy Consulting (ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms).

• Strong current/previousconsulting experience in at least 2 of the following sectors Travel and Aviation, transport, Logistics, Aerospace and Defense either doing projects in strategy consulting or havinga directexperience in the industry.

• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.

• Strong financial understanding.

• Track recordof leading and managing project teams to deliver client engagements in demanding environments against tight deadlines.

• Strong communicationskills; able to communicate and lead project delivery both orally and written.

• Demonstrated ability to work with multi-cultural teams.

• Must have an undergraduate degree (Business or Engineering degree from a top university is a plus)

• Masterof Business Administration degree (MBA) is a plus.
