We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Manager, Global Sales to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business operations, project leadership, and organizational effectiveness, playing a critical role in driving the execution of key business priorities across the global sales organization.

The successful candidate will help transform strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, provide data-driven insights to support decision-making, and ensure alignment across key stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded professional with experience in strategy consulting, business development, business operations, or corporate strategy who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

Strategy Execution & Business Orchestration

• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives across the Global Sales organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Support the development, deployment, and monitoring of global sales strategies and annual business plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and product marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, communication, and execution.
• Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis efforts, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support target-setting, performance management, and strategic planning processes.

Leadership Support & Organizational Effectiveness

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the Global Head of Sales and Sales Leadership Team.
• Coordinate leadership priorities and ensure effective follow-through on strategic initiatives and key decisions.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through process improvement, best-practice implementation, and operational discipline.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, reports, and communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across global regions and functions.

Project Management & Decision Support

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects with strategic importance to the business.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and business planning sessions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support critical business decisions.
• Drive special projects and business-critical initiatives as required by Global Sales leadership.
• Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure successful execution and business impact.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, business development, corporate strategy, sales excellence, business operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working within a global industrial, manufacturing, technology, or corporate environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in the vacuum industry or related technology sectors is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and influence decision-making.
