Your Impact

As Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing Technip Energies’ corporate growth strategy. Working closely with the VP Corporate Strategy and senior business leaders, you will provide actionable insights on market dynamics, competitive positioning, emerging business models, and strategic opportunities to support the Group’s long-term ambitions.

You will contribute directly to the implementation of the company’s strategic roadmap while helping identify future growth areas across our businesses, technologies, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis

• Monitor and assess global energy market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market analyses, including market sizing, growth forecasts, customer needs assessment, and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop strategic frameworks and studies, including SWOT analyses, value chain assessments, portfolio analyses, and market attractiveness evaluations.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic implications for Technip Energies across key sectors and geographies.
• Provide recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Business Strategy & Value Creation

• Analyze and benchmark existing business models across the Group.
• Evaluate new business models, market entry strategies, and revenue streams aligned with the energy transition.
• Build robust financial and business models to assess strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Support the development, implementation, and tracking of the Group’s strategic roadmap.

Innovation, Partnerships & Growth Opportunities

• Collaborate with teams across the broader Strategy organization to identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and disruptive developments.
• Participate in the evaluation of strategic partnerships, ecosystem collaborations, and M&A opportunities.
• Contribute to identifying and assessing future business opportunities supporting Technip Energies’ growth ambitions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with Business Lines, Finance, Technology & Innovation, Strategic Marketing, Commercial, and other corporate functions.
• Facilitate alignment on strategic priorities and coordinate key strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Drive the synthesis and communication of complex strategic topics into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of helping organizations navigate complex business challenges. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are motivated by the opportunity to influence high-impact decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, ideally combining strategy consulting and industry experience within the energy sector.
• Proven experience in corporate strategy development, strategic planning, market intelligence, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, business analysis, and strategic frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with market intelligence and industry databases such as Rystad Energy, S&P Global (IHS Markit), Capital IQ, or equivalent.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear and persuasive executive-level recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
