Your Impact

As Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the long-term direction of Asahi Beverages. You’ll work on strategic projects that address our biggest opportunities and challenges, supporting enterprise level priorities and cross functional growth. These projects sit outside business-as-usual and often require dedicated focus, fresh thinking and strong engagement across the business. Your work will influence decisions at the highest levels and help unlock meaningful value across our Oceania operations.

Please note, this role is a parental leave cover and will be offered as a 9-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver strategic projects across the business
• Lead situation analyses to understand market shifts, consumer trends and competitive dynamics
• Use structured problem-solving to frame up choices, develop strategic options and support recommendations
• Prepare investment cases, financial models and scenario plans to guide decision-making
• Contribute to the development of the enterprise strategic plans
• Collaborate across functions and levels, working with senior leaders, peers and on-the-ground teams

About You:

• You have 3-5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or similar roles involving structured thinking and business planning
• Previous experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in an in-house strategy team is highly regarded, while relevant industry experience is also valued.
• You’re confident working independently on complex projects and equally comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
• You bring strong analytical skills and can turn data into clear, practical insights
• You’re an excellent communicator, able to translate complexity into clarity
• You’re commercially minded and bring a growth mindset to everything you do
• Experience in FMCG or similar industries is a plus, but not essential
