Your tasks as Strategy Manager - B2B

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change in a rapidly changing environment? Do you thrive on developing strategic insights, and driving tangible change in the organization? Are you eager to drive the growth of our B2B activities and supporting companies in their digital transformation?

As a Strategy Manager in our B2B strategy team, you will influence and shape Telenet's strategic direction and propose actions to improve business performance. You will work directly with senior executives and business stakeholders, influence key decisions, and help bring bold ideas to life.

As a Strategy Manager, you will:

• Lead strategic projects, from scoping to execution, including market and competitive analysis, business modeling, and scenario planning.

• Translate market trends, industry shifts, and internal insights into actionable recommendations for business units and executives.

• Assess performance of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations to steer the business.

• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to translate strategic opportunities into execution.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.

Our ideal Strategy Manager has...

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills. You enjoy solving complex problems and can easily simplify complexity.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You know how to exert influence without authority.

• Proactive and pragmatic mindset. You can balance analysis and execution and generate momentum.

• Experience in the telecom, technology, or infrastructure sector and/or B2B business models is a plus.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.
