Internship description:

Support the Strategy & Insights team in generating actionable consumer, category, and commercial insights to inform key business decisions. The role focuses on turning data into clear recommendations that drive growth.

What will you do during the internship?

  • Analyse consumer, market, and commercial data to identify key insights and growth opportunities

  • Support development of demand spaces, category analysis, and industry diagnostics

  • Synthesize research (qualitative & quantitative) into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Build structured, high-quality presentationsfor senior stakeholders

  • Support business reviews, strategic planning (1YP/10YP), and ad hoc requests

  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure insights are translated into action

Internship duration:

Start date:September2026, for 6 months

Learning opportunities:

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.

10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.

What we’re looking for:

Core

  • Strong analytical capability(Excel; data structuring and interpretation)

  • Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations

  • Clear storytelling and communication skills(PowerPoint proficiency)

  • Structured problem-solving mindset

Commercial & strategic

  • Basic understanding of category dynamics, brands, and consumers

  • Ability to connect insights to business impact (growth, share, revenue)

  • Curiosity about market trends and competitive landscape

Ways of working

  • Strong attention to detail and output quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder communication

Ideal profile

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar

  • Prior internship/project experience in strategy, consulting, or insightsis a plus

  • Strong academic track record
