Responsibilities

MJHS is in search of a Strategy & Innovation Analyst who will support the Strategy and Innovation team with research, analytics, and execution of strategic, innovation, and grant submissions. You will be responsible for conducting data analysis as needed, using analytical and technical skills to analyze data and draw insights to support management’s evaluation of strategic and innovation related decisions, and support grant writing and document collection process for successful grant submission. The Strategy & Innovation Analyst will also support market research to identify new technologies and solutions that would advance MJHS’ goals and mission and develop power point presentations, excel documents or work write-ups to deliver concise and effective presentations that provide detail and promote issue identification and resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in healthcare, non-for-profit sector, or relevant skill set.
  • 2-5 years’ experience.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer application skills (Excel, Word, Visio, and PP).
