Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Planning: Working with senior executives to shape medium- to long-term business goals, formulate actionable plans, translating priorities into clear actions and follow-up plans, and organize resources efficiently.

Performance Management Drive clarity on metrics and create reporting systems to monitor the business's progress, and adjust execution plans in response to a changing market.

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead or represent APD in strategic projects, and/or coordinating across different departments across the company to implement strategic projects and ensure alignment with overarching company objectives.

Market & Data Analysis: Working with market intelligence or other DSD or industry groups to obtain insights on competitors, market forces, and best-in-class dealer practices to uncover growth opportunities, improve strategy execution and evaluate the success of APD Must Wins and ongoing projects.

Stakeholder & Admin team Engagement Translating analytical insights into clear, actionable presentations for leadership team.

Chief of staff to Senior Vice President - i.e. supporting all key meetings (Monthly Admin team meetings, quarterly business review, Executive Office Review, or such other ad-hoc key dealer meetings). Support here includes:

  • Shape meeting agenda & managing the whole flow of meetings.
  • Prepare or work with different parties on the deck and pre-read for these meetings & in charge of all communication with different parties.
  • Follow up on action items & timely execution

Critical skills in this role include:

· Customer focus and ability to understand business needs.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex information and develop practical recommendations.

· Effective communications and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

· Strong relationship and project management capability.
