The Challenge: SBP HQ CKA

Are you passionate about the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy? Within the HQ CKA Strategy (City Key Accounts) team, we drive the growth of key mid-sized restaurants on the platform across Mexico and Colombia

We are not looking for an intern to handle routine administrative tasks; we are looking for a Strategy Co-Pilot ready to dive deep into data, leverage Artificial Intelligence to iterate fast, and move the needle for our business in LatAm.

What You’ll Do

  • Growth Strategy: Assist in designing and executing acquisition, retention, and scaling strategies for our restaurant portfolio.

  • Data-Driven Analysis & Post-Mortems: Conduct performance analysis, impact assessments, and post-mortems to uncover actionable business opportunities.

  • Impactful Execution: Support the definition and launch of key promotions and marketing assets to boost sales for our restaurant partners.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Align and collaborate constantly with cross-functional teams across different countries to make things happen.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Academic Status: Active students in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields (Data Science, Business), with an expected graduation date in 1 year or more (minimum Fall 2027 onwards).

  • Availability: 30 hours per week.

  • Tech Stack:

    • SQL (Must): Proficient in manipulating and querying large datasets.

    • AI-Assisted Coding (Must): Skilled in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to code, automate processes, and solve problems at lightning speed.

    • Python (Nice to have): Valued for advanced analytics and automation.

  • Mindset:

    • High Ownership and accountability: You own your projects end-to-end.

    • Strong passion for the tech/startup ecosystem and daily use of AI.

    • Highly analytical, curious, and problem-solving mindset.

    • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
