What you’ll do:
Lead and set the strategic direction for Technology Business Partnering and Architecture functions to deliver outcomes aligned to firm priorities.
Build and foster a high-performing Strategy, Engagement & Architecture community, guiding senior specialists and leaders.
Define and drive enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps, including AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Own demand intake, prioritisation, and governance processes, providing senior leadership and clear executive-level visibility of portfolio priorities and risks.
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
Proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy, business partnering, and architecture across complex portfolios or functions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence investment decisions, portfolio trade-offs, and measure business value outcomes.
Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, AI technology adoption, governance, and strategic planning.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives across global technology teams.
Desirable skills
Experience managing global technology relationships balancing local priorities with global strategic standards.
Ability to lead governance forums and drive enterprise-level decision-making under ambiguity and competing priorities.
