Intro

As a Strategy Director, youhave a pivotal role within the senior team of the KantarMedia & Creativeteamwithin Kantar. As a trusted client partner, you will lead and grow relationships with our largest clients,leveragingyourexpertisein media, marketing, and analytics.

You will serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients, connecting their business challenges to innovative solutions in cross-media measurement, creative testing, and campaign intelligence — delivering measurable impact and long-termbrand growth.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

  • Lead senior client relationships across Marketing, Media, Insights, and C-suite stakeholders for key local and global accounts.

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner, advising on media strategy, campaign effectiveness, and creative performance. Inspire clients through compelling storytelling, presentations, and workshops.

  • Drive commercial growth across a portfolio of accounts byidentifyingand converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuringstrong performanceacross revenue, margin, and profitability.

  • Leverage deepexpertiseinKantar’scampaign intelligence solutions to translate complex dataand processesinto clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional account teams as the senior account lead, setting strategic direction, driving alignment, and ensuring high-quality client delivery.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Media, Creative, Marketing, Consulting, or Insights.

  • Proventrack recordof managing and growing large, strategic client relationships.

  • Deepexpertisein media, advertising, and market research, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong experience in a senior advisory or strategy role, influencing decision-making at C-level and across senior stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, with a strong people-focused and growth-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage senior audiences.

  • Strong network within the Dutch media and marketing industry.

  • Fluent in English;proficiencyin Dutch preferred.

  • Strong on-site presence and regular client visits.
