We are looking for a Strategy Director who will play a key role in achieving this by leading our major clients with strategic support on positioning and communication to grow their brands.

About the role

As the Strategy Director at Cure Media, you will oversee daily client interactions and craft strategic solutions tailored to their business challenges within a marketing and consumer landscape. You will lead a team of agency professionals to fulfill client needs, driving successful outcomes that contribute to both client success and agency profitability. Additionally, the Strategy Director will collaborate with agency experts to introduce innovative marketing strategies that clients may not have previously explored in their own planning and operations.

Your tasks & Responsibilities

  • Strategic ownership of major client accounts, overseeing end-to-end project execution in close partnership with our Campaign Directors.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with C-level stakeholders on the client side.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment, drive accountability and make sure our team upholds the highest standards for deadlines, objectives and client expectations.
  • Ensure that our team is continuously providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to chance each collaboration's impact and ROI.
  • Spearhead innovation and thought leadership, identifying emerging trends and pioneering cutting-edge marketing solutions to position our clients as early adopters on evolving social media platforms.

Requirements for the role

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or marketing, specifically handling major client accounts.
  • We see that you have proficient skills in both Swedish and English, as all communication occurs using these languages
  • Strong team player
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel
