Job Description

The Strategy Deployment Analyst 3 initiates the implementation of defined programs by managing execution maintaining governance and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. This position builds credibility across teams through strong ownership and delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives

• Develop initiative frameworks roadmaps and performance tracking tools

• Partner with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities

• Manage OKRs KPIs and other performance metrics for key initiatives

• Synthesis initiative progress and insights into executive-ready reporting

• Identify and escalate systematic execution risks dependencies or misalignments

• Coach initiative leads and team members on execution best practices

• Support evolution of the strategy deployment operating model

• Conduct post-initiative reviews to assess business impact and lesson learned

• Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in strategy consulting business operations or PMO roles

• Strong ability executing cross-functional programs or business planning processes

• Strong change management experience

• Strong cross-functional area includes product finance and GTM market teams

• Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact

• Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills

• Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong facilitation and project management skill

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department

• Strong data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Drive strategic outcome and lead transformation

• Excel in fast-paced environments

• Strong ability to synthesizing data into insights and executive-ready materials
