What is your role?

As Strategy Deployment Analyst you will support the execution of AI Enablement department strategy by creating structure, alignment, and visibility across initiatives with a focus on AI Platform, AI Governance and AI Architecture. This role helps connect strategic priorities to day-to-day execution through planning, coordination, tracking, and stakeholder communication.

What will you do?

  • Support deployment of strategic priorities across the AI Enablement portfolio.
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate operating rhythms including meetings, action tracking, follow-up, and governance support.
  • Identify execution risks, blockers, and areas of misalignment and escalate as appropriate.
  • Prepare materials, updates, and summaries for leadership discussions and decision forums.
  • Organize cross-functional inputs to support prioritization, sequencing, and resource planning.
  • Help clarify ownership, decisions, and next steps across ambiguous workstreams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes within the department.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, program management, or business operations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills..
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with planning, tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Fluent English.
