Strategy & Delivery Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid - 4 days/week from office + 1 day / week from home)

The Strategy & Delivery Coordinator supports the successful execution of digital delivery Initiatives by providing coordination, governance, and operational support across the portfolio. The role focuses on tracking deliverables, driving accountability, managing stakeholder communications, coordinating meetings, monitoring risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed timelines and commitments. This position serves as the central coordination point between business and technology teams, enabling efficient execution of strategic initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and commitments across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain ownership and accountability matrices, ensuring tasks are assigned, monitored, and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate recurring project, leadership, steering committee, and stakeholder meetings, including agendas, notes, action tracking, and follow-ups
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Product, Technology, Data & Al, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Prepare project status reports, governance updates, executive summaries, and portfolio dashboard.
• Maintain project plans, tasks trackers, decision logs, and delivery tracking artifacts.
• Drive adherence to governance processes, reporting standards, and delivery cadences.
• Support roadmap planning, business readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, and organizational communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve team operating rhythms, collaboration processes, and execution effectiveness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, PMO support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive follow-through, accountability, and execution across cross-functional trams.
• Experience tracking projects, action items, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Azure DevOps / Jira, similar collaboration and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve coordination challenges.
