We are seeking a senior consulting-profile professional to lead the definition and evolution of operating models across content, marketing, and customer experience environments.
This role focuses on operating model design, governance, and transformation, connecting strategy, execution, and measurement in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. The objective is to enable scalable, efficient, and measurable content and marketing operations through clear processes, roles, workflows, and accountability frameworks.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with executive and senior stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges, design future-state models, and support adoption through change management and continuous improvement.
Key focus areas
Operating model design for content, marketing, and CX organizations.
Governance frameworks, RACI definition, and cross-team alignment.
Content Operations and Content Supply Chain optimization.
Workflow standardization, demand management, and delivery models.
Performance management: KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Change management, adoption, and organizational transformation.
Stakeholder advisory and executive-level communication.
Profile we are looking for
8–12+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, operations, PMO, or delivery leadership
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise operating models
Strong exposure to Content Operations, Marketing Operations, CX, or Digital Transformation
Experience working across business, technology, and creative teams
Solid background in governance, process design, and operational efficiency
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
Bilingual english.
