Key Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing and Operations Transformation initiatives across global clients.
• Define and execute Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 roadmaps.
• Assess manufacturing performance, operational maturity, and organizational readiness.
• Design and implement MES, MOM, and shop-floor digitalization solutions.
• Integrate enterprise platforms with manufacturing operations.
• Develop AI, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Twin use cases to improve operational performance.
• Support Industrial IoT and Connected Factory deployments.
• Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and client offerings.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operational and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to shape innovative industrial solutions.
• Support business case development, investment strategies, and transformation planning.
• Partner with Managers and Senior Managers to drive client value and grow Accenture's Manufacturing capabilities.

Preferred Technologies

Manufacturing Systems & Industrial Platforms: Siemens Opcenter, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA, Ignition, Kepware.

Cloud & Industrial Data Platforms: Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, Azure AI

Robotics & Automation: ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, NVIDIA Robotics Platforms

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, technology consulting, automation, or digital transformation environments.
• Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively within global and multicultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as Automotive, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Chemicals, Mining, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Electronics, High Tech, or Industrial Equipment.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum/Agile, or Industry 4.0 certifications.
• Experience with Smart Manufacturing, Industrial AI, Digital Twin, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Automation programs.
