TheGNStrategy Industry Groupis a part of Accenture Strategyand focuses onstrategic priorities for the C-suite. We help clients with strategies that are at the intersection of business and technology, drive value and impact, shape newbusinesses& designoperating models for the future.

The candidate willbe requiredto have exposure to core-strategy projects in the Health & Public Services domainwith a primary focus on Strategy and secondary focus on IT Strategy.

Key Responsibilities of a Health & PublicServiceStrategy Consultant:

  • Strategy & Advisory:

  • Structure complex client problems and develop hypothesis-driven approaches toaddress strategic and operational challenges

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses across markets, funding models, operating performance, and capabilities

  • Synthesize insights into clear, executive-level recommendations and decision frameworks

  • Create client deliverables for technology projects thatinclude:platform-specific strategies that align with larger organizational goals, project implementation roadmaps, leadership workshops,Produceexecutive-ready deliverables, including strategy decks, operating model designs, and business cases

  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options and trade-offs

  • Support development of actionable roadmaps that bridge strategy and execution

  • Provide thought leadership and subject matterexpertiseon sustainability trends, frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., UN SDGs, ESG reporting)

  • Client Engagement:

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients in the Health & Public Services sector, acting as a trusted advisor or strategy clients

  • Lead client discussions toidentifychallenges and opportunities, aligning solutions with organizational goals

  • Project Management:

  • Co-leadthe design, implementation, and monitoring ofstrategyprojects, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes

  • Business Development:

  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within the Health & Public Services sector, including RFP responses and proposals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand service offerings and develop innovative approaches to sustainability challenges

  • Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning

  • Build capacity in strategyexpertisewithin the team, ensuring alignment with market needs and trends

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree requiredwith MBA or equivalent degree preferred

  • Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate sustainability, or related fields. Exposure to one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Revenuediversificationmodeling

  • Technology benchmarking and value case realization

  • Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) for nonprofit organizations

  • Extensive experience in Strategy and Technology Pre Sales, Proposaland Client Delivery

  • Project Management:Excellent project management skills, demonstratedby the ability to manage multipleworkstreamssimultaneously

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keenattention to detail

  • Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create impactful presentations and reports for sustainability initiatives

  • Certifications:Technology-related certifications (e.g., agile methodologies, data analytics, cloud architecture) are highly desirable

  • Soft Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders on sustainability issues
