Strategy Consultant (Senior /Principal)北京、新加坡全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述We’re looking for experienced Strategy Consultants to work closely with senior executives, government stakeholders, and internal delivery teams on complex AI transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape large-scale AI programs—from defining the right problems to designing executable strategies that translate vision into real outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution, partnering with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure that strategies are actionable, commercially sound, and deliverable.
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, organizational challenges, and transformation goals.
- Define AI transformation strategies and roadmaps, including platform, capability, and use-case planning.
- Translate complex business and policy objectives into structured, executable programs.
- Develop executive-level presentations and decision materials for boards, steering committees, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leads, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between strategy, technology, and execution.
- Support business case development, value modeling, and phased investment planning.
- Capture insights and best practices to continuously improve internal methodologies and playbooks. 职位要求- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or large-scale digital transformation roles.
