Strategy Consultant (Fixed-term)

As a Strategy Consultant, you will join a Roland Berger project team and take ownership of key workstreams within a strategic benchmarking engagement. You will work closely with consultants and clients to deliver fact-based insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive a project workstream from planning through final delivery
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and quantitative analyses
• Perform expert and stakeholder interviews to gather strategic insights
• Develop structured analyses and synthesize findings into client-ready recommendations
• Prepare presentations and support client communications, workshops, and meetings
• Collaborate closely with project team members to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines

Contract Details

• Fixed-term contract (approximately 2 months)
• Immediate availability preferred
• Detailed project information will be shared during the interview process

Qualifications

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or a comparable consulting environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, electrification, or related sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in manufacturing, industrials, energy, or related sectors
