Our Strategy Business Unit supports the formulation of strategic policies that aim to maximize enterprise value and achieve a competitive advantage, as well as defining measures and the preparation of implementation plans that aim at digital transformation. Realizing strategic polices, in an effort to maintain and enhance the performance of companies and their corporate groups is the main goal of our unit.

Within our Strategy team, you can get exposure to the following services both locally and internationally: Business & Digital Strategy Development, Business & Digital Transformation, Research & Analysis, Operating Model Development, Business Process Management, Change Management

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a professional management consultant who seeks to solve challenging C-level management issues and commits to add real value to our clients
• Those who want to utilize prior consulting experience on end-to-end services from strategy formulation to execution support
• Those who want to expand distinguished expertise in corporate and become a "professional" management consultant
• Those who would like to be an expert in Digital Transformation

Do you have?

• Bachelors degree or advanced degree
• Over 3 years of progressive work experience (Have experiences of Business Transformation or Business Process Improvement as a team leader or project leader is preferable)
• Language proficiency both in Thai and English at business level or above (Japanese and other languages are a bonus)
