10x Team connects top independent professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate innovation in artificial intelligence. We are seeking seasoned strategy consultants, located in the EU or UK, to train AI systems focused on strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to business strategy, market analysis, and strategic planning
• Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for business strategy, goal setting, and market approaches
• Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies from your strategic consulting background
• Generate variations on scenarios that address industry best practices, innovative problem-solving, and risk management
• Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing clear, actionable feedback
• Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply strategic concepts and methodologies

About You:

• Experienced Strategy Consultant with a background in business analysis, strategic planning, and organizational development
• Based in the EU or UK
• Familiar with key strategy frameworks, market analysis tools, and industry standards
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to provide structured, constructive feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:

1. Traditional freelance missions

These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.

1. AI Lab roles

For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
