Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, structured, and driven Strategy & Business Support Manager to operate at the heart of a 700-person technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, coordination, and execution — enabling a large, complex team to move with clarity and purpose.

You will work directly with senior leadership to translate organizational objectives into actionable priorities, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery momentum across the entire division. One of your key responsabilities is to deliver insightful analysis that support decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate priorities across multiple product and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives
  • Support senior leadership in decision-making by Preparing high-quality materials for leadership reviews, planning cycles, and executive communications
  • Support senior leadership in defining, communicating, and tracking strategic initiatives
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, and misalignments across teams and drive resolution proactively
  • Facilitate cross-team forums and governance rituals that keep the organization focused and accountable
  • Synthesize complex information quickly and surface clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Act as a trusted connector between teams, functions, and leadership layers
  • Own ad-hoc projects end-to-end operating effectively even when objectives, constraints, or information are loosely defined (i.e. lead an AI-adoption plan across the team)

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic planning function within a technology company
  • Solid understanding of digital product development cycles, ways of working, and technology team dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — you can break down ambiguous problems and drive toward clear conclusions
  • Solid quantitative and data literacy — comfortable building business cases, working with data sets, and constructing clear narratives from numbers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority
  • High degree of autonomy, ownership, and professional maturity
  • Experience working in or closely with agile or product-led organizations is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information — you do not wait for perfect clarity to begin structuring a problem, and you update your approach as new facts emerge without losing momentum

What success looks like

  • In this role, success means the organization moves faster, senior leaders spend less time on coordination overhead, and teams have the clarity they need to deliver.
  • You will be measured on your ability to bring structure to complexity and maintain focus where it matters most.
