Atlassian is seeking a Principal in Strategy and Business Operations (SBO) to partner directly with our Teamwork Collection organization including Jira, Confluence, Loom, Trello, and Growth. At Atlassian, the Strategy & Business Operations team is a high impact team that works closely with business leaders across the company. Our team takes a lead role in driving strategy, growth, and business operations.
You’ll own projects from inception to execution and delivery, ensuring that the strategies you develop are creative and offer high-quality and impactful recommendations to business partners. You’ll also be responsible for stewarding business performance against strategies and developing insight into what’s working, and what’s not.
This role will support leaders in our Teamwork Collection organization on their mission to accelerate innovation across Atlassian’s largest products, including Jira, Confluence, Loom, Trello and Growth.
