My name is Micaela Magnertoft,and I leadBusiness Management & Saleswithin Telia Infra, where we are responsible forTelia’s wholesale business in the Swedish market.I'mlooking for a Strategy & Business Development Manager to strengthen our Wholesale organization. In this role, you willanalyzethe Wholesale business,identifygrowth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives that support the success ofTelia intotalYou will work closely with teamsacrossTelia, contributing insights, leading projects, and ensuring that our wholesale strategy supports broader businessobjectives

What you’ll do:

As Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role inanalyzingthe Wholesale business and turning insights into impactful actions.

You will work broadly across the Wholesale organization,identifyingopportunities for growth and operational improvement. This includes conducting market analysis to understand industry developments, competitive dynamics, and future trends, as well as evaluating how Wholesale can best supportTelia’sbusinessBased on your insights, you will develop recommendations that strengthen both commercial performance and strategic positioning.

A central part of the role is cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams within Wholesale, across Infra, andtherest ofTeliato drive strategic initiatives forward. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and aligning priorities will be key to your success.

You will also develop a strong understanding of the wholesale market and its regulatory environment,identifyinghow tomaximizebusiness outcomes within existing frameworks.

In addition,youwill

  • Lead and drive strategic and operational projects end-to-end

  • Initiate cross-organizational programs and coordinate virtual teams

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as field sales teams and marketing agencies

  • Analyzecomplex business questions, including pricing strategies and commercial trade-offs

  • Assess impact across B2B, B2C, and Wholesale to support business decisions

  • Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders

Youbring

  • Experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or commercial analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action

  • Experience working with cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • The ability to work independently while building strong collaboration

We think that you have:

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in pricing, market analysis, or commercial evaluations is a plus

  • Understanding of telecom regulation and wholesale market structures is an advantage

  • Experience from telecommunications, infrastructure, or wholesale markets is highly valued
