Job Description

Tasks:

1. PTC business development and strategy

> Define PTC long term strategy and drive the implementation of key strategic initiatives especially business growth in new fields like brake, steering and suspension

> PTC SD prepare including CMC, CEM report create

> Lead market trend deep dive for new areas to drive business grow

2. Strategy:

>Drive BD PS China strategy process, development and implementation

> Drive all strategic projects progress, BU strategy and customer strategy with clear outputs and link of each other to finally drive the long-term business growth

> Lead strategic projects for new fields like body, chassis and autonomous driving to propose and implement right business strategy

> Lead strategic collaboration task with OEMs, peers or suppliers for transformation of our business mode

> M&A scouting, analysis and evaluation with using resource from SAG central and global

> Lead BD PS China activity for group strategy dialogue and collaboration with different BDs

3. Business development:

> Identify and drive new growth fields based on tech trends like electrification, vehicle access, chassis, autonomous driving, 2-wheeler, non-road, etc; re-use of existing technologies in new applications, customers, and legislations

Innovation:

> Innovation management for new products (body, brake, steering, ADAS, etc) in terms of identify and concept study, business plan, marketing and promotion, sample selling

> Drive all innovation products communicate with customers and business win

> Support maintain high level customer relationship by technical marketing of our innovation products

4. Product portfolio management:

> Lead and drive BD PS China product portfolio analysis and product strategy define by analyzing market potential, product competitiveness, R&D competence and manufacturing deployment

5. Market insights:

> Managing internal resource within SAG with central BD, sales and BU to conduct in-depth analysis on of legislation, market & tech trends, competitor landscape, product impacts and propose product strategy accordingly

> Market studies for specific solutions and products

> Provide inputs for Sales plan/budget plan/strategy review/market scenario/Audits and so on

- Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor

- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.

- Support and take initiatives on SPS.

- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security.

- Support on Environmental Management.

任职资格:

1. Education: Master's degree or above with engineering, system development and business / commercial background
2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering, system development, strategy management, product management in the automotive industry.
3. Knowledge: automotive technology, business development, strategy management, innovation management, competition analysis, market analysis
4. Competency: fluent in English, open-minded, good team worker, out of box thinking, strong communication skills, good at influencing people, flexible mindset to tackle critical issues, analytical and strategic thinking, good at using digital tools, strong business and market sensitivity, strategic thinking Business fluent English skills - German is of advantage
