Reporting to: Co-Founder & Group Head of Strategic Transition and Growth

The Mission: To be the force multiplier for the Founder as we scale the Realms Group ecosystem.

The Context

This momentum fuels our evolution into Realms Group—a holding structure designed to launch, acquire, and scale new initiatives at the intersection of gaming, data, and technology, including Valka.ai Within this elite, high-velocity environment, the Founder and Group Head of Strategic Transition and Growth is looking for a "Wingman" to translate vision into reality and ensure the Founder’s office operates at peak efficiency.

The Role

This is not a traditional Business Development nor an Analytics role. You are the Founder’s right hand. Your job is to make the Founder 10x more effective by taking ownership of the "thinking" and "preparing" phases of new ventures.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Analysis & Business Cases: Conducting deep-market research and building robust business cases for new initiatives across the Realms Group holding (going far beyond just Oddin.gg).

  • Strategic Synthesis Operating at the intersection of business objectives and deep customer insights. You will translate user needs into rigorous, data-backed tactical proposals and high-level strategic roadmaps that drive growth across the holding.

  • AI-First Execution: You are an AI-native strategist using Claude, Antigravity, and frontier services as your primary engine for scale. We expect expert-level prompting to automate research, data synthesis, and content generation. You will compress weeks of work into hours, ensuring the Founder’s office operates at an exponential pace.

  • The "Translator" Role: Acting as the bridge between the Founder and the product/technical teams. You will check feasibility, align roadmaps, and ensure strategic intent isn't lost in execution.

  • High-Stakes Communication: Preparing C-level and Board-ready presentations, investment decks, and strategic briefs. You won't just make the slides; you will craft the narrative.

  • Market Intelligence: Scanning the horizon for M&A opportunities, competitive shifts, and emerging tech within the gaming and betting space.

Who You Are

We are looking for a rare hybrid: someone with the zealous client centricity, analytical rigor of a top-tier consultant and the "get-it-done" grit of a founder.

  • Consulting Pedigree: Ideally, you have a background at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain You know how to structure a problem, build a model from scratch, and present to a room of executives.

  • AI Fluent: You are an "AI-first" worker. You know how to leverage the current top automation tools to do 40 hours of work in 4.

  • Business Athlete: You can pivot from a financial model to a product brainstorm to a legal review without losing momentum.

  • Direct & Low-Ego: You are comfortable working in a high-pressure environment directly with C-level founders. You care about the best idea winning, not who gets the credit.

  • Doer You possess a "zero task elitism" mindset, willingly tackling any unglamorous heavy lifting required to move the needle with limited resources. You are a resourceful "figure-it-out" specialist who prioritizes raw execution and tangible results over optics or hierarchy.

  1. Direct Exposure: You will be in the room for every major strategic decision. This is an apprenticeship in building a global holding company, having direct access to founders.

  2. Breadth over Depth: Most roles at this level are siloed. At Realms Group, you will work across the entire holding, touching different products, markets, and business models.
