The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As the expert in global monetization policy, the candidate will work closely with the regional MSO teams and senior leadership to investigate policy needs, design policy tactics& solutions, forecast policy risks, and control the progress of project implementation. Fully responsible for the design and implementation of global policies.
Responsibilities:
- According to business development needs, deep dive into client development policies to accelerate client onboarding and scaling.
- Design policies to ensure clients are matched with the optimal level of service, enabling health client segmentation and efficient resource management
- Measure and track business performance, capable of generating business analysis and reporting independently, analyze business market performance, and conduct regular strategic assessments.
- Work closely with regional leadership teams, be responsible for key project plans designing and management, and be the owner of policy implementation
