Strategy
Assistant
to join the firm as part of the Executive Office. This role is central to
the growth strategy of the firm.The successful candidate will help translate
leadership priorities into structured action plans, ensure follow-through across teams,
and support the Managing Partner in maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Support
• Support the Managing Partner in preparing and refining strategic materials.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Translate strategic discussions into structured action plans and timelines.
• Assist in monitoring progress against firm-wide objectives.
• Prepare structured briefing materials for strategic meetings and reviews.
Executive Coordination & Leadership Support
• Support prioritisation of the Managing Partner’s agenda and meeting cadence.
• Act as gatekeeper, managing information flow between the Managing Partner,
teams, and external stakeholders.
• Support calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-through on action
items.
• Prepare high-quality briefing notes ahead of internal and external engagements.
• Draft memos, internal communications and executive correspondence.
• Track follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely execution across teams.
• Facilitate information flow between the Managing Partner and internal stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly performance dashboards.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Help maintain a pulse on employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
• Help maintain structured KPI tracking systems across departments
Organisational Alignment & Governance Support
• Support initiatives that strengthen collaboration across departments.
• Assist in reinforcing performance-driven and values-aligned culture.
• Ensure documentation and reporting standards remain high.
• Support preparation for partner, investor or regulatory engagements where required.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive
experience in business management,
consulting, or operations within a
financial services or strategy-driven
environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Economics, Finance or
related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification
preferred.
• Experience supporting senior
executives or leadership teams
preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured
problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal
communication skills; able to present
ideas clearly and concisely.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion
and sound judgement.
• Excellent ability to speak and write
English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & word.
Proficiency in macOS Keynote,
Numbers and Pages – a plus.
• Diligent and meticulous, with excellent
attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and project
coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work
streams simultaneously.
• Highly adaptable, able to deal with
ambiguity and change, willing to learn
and grow in the role.
• Able to handle confidential matters
with absolute discretion.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team with
minimal supervision.
• Proactive, dependable and disciplined
in execution.
• Good decision-making capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial
services industry dynamics preferred.
