The role
We are seeking a Strategy and Transformation Director, a senior executive role reporting directly to the Region President, with a central mandate to shape, drive and deliver the region’s strategic agenda.
This role owns regional strategic planning, ensuring strong alignment with Group strategy while translating it into clear priorities, concrete actions and measurable outcomes across Europe. Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the Region President and Leadership Team, the role combines strategic depth, leadership maturity and execution discipline.
Designed as a key talent pipeline position, this role offers exceptional exposure to executive decision‑making and is intended to prepare the incumbent for future operational leadership responsibilities within the Group.
