Recruitment

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Project Planning and Analysis

Develop and execute project plans for recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Prepare regular reports on KPIs and other relevant metrics.
