Hiring:Strategy and Organization Consultant

I’mRoman Dlir, Head of Telia Global Services Lithuania, andI’mseeking a Strategy and Organization Consultantto join me in advancing our nearshoring strategy and positioning the organization as a value driver for the Telia Group.

In this role, you willleverageyour strategic competencies, business operational model knowledge, and project management skills to influence high-impact decisions and drive transformative business development. This position is basedinVilnius and may include travel.

Whatyou’lldo:

•Identifyand evaluate opportunities for business development, efficiency, and value creation across the organization
• Analyze the business operational model, market trends, and internal data to uncover improvement areas and strategic potential
• Translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations and business cases for senior stakeholders
• Shape and influence business development initiatives aligned with Telia’s strategy and nearshoring ambitions

•Manage nearshoring transfer projects and ensure expected deadlines are met.

• Define and track KPIs to measure impact and ensure value realization
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Tech, Legal, and Operations tovalidateopportunities and drive informed decision-making
• Work closely with IT and other enabling functions to ensure ideas arefeasibleand effectively implemented
• Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and bringing in external best practices

Thesuitablecandidate is a strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about driving business transformation.

• Solid experience in business strategy, business development, and change management/nearshoring
• Proven experience in large-scale project management within an international organization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and build strong relationships
• People-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and leadchange
• Background in Finance, Business Administration, Sales, ora relatedfield
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Monthly salary range for this position: 4160–5200EUR (gross) plus annual bonus, depending on your competencies and results.
