Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with business acumen.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects, identify and assess strategic opportunities, and influence executive-level decision making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on potential options, risks, and upsides to support business growth.
  • Identify and address systemic business issues through innovative, creative solutions. Navigate ambiguity and translate undefined problems into plans.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing and aligning groups on solutions that drive business growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging knowledge of internal systems and industry trends to inform decision making.
  • Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
