Team Introduction
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is a high-impact unit at the center of TikTok’s global advertising business. We partner with leaders to shape strategy, set revenue plans, design incentive policies, and build the operational foundations that enable TikTok to scale. Our work spans markets and functions, requiring sharp problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and the ability to execute in complex environments.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver analytical reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics and drive insights that shape leadership decisions
- Conduct research and market sizing across industries, translating findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Support on larger strategic projects within the EU region
- Support conceptualizing and implementing regional projects to increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
