Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Strategy & Innovation Associate (UAE National) who will support the Director in research, analysis, and coordination of enterprise-level strategic and innovation initiatives. The associate will be highly analytical and intellectually curious with structured exposure to corporate strategy, market positioning, and enterprise growth initiatives within a technology-driven environment. This role is structured as a development pathway for future strategy and growth leadership positions within the organization, providing exposure to enterprise-level strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Research & Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research, industry scans, and competitive benchmarking.
• Support preparation of strategic landscape assessments and trend analysis reports.
• Track macroeconomic trends, analyst insights, and competitor movements.
• Assist in developing structured strategy presentations and executive summaries.
• Analyst & Ecosystem Support:
• Support coordination of analyst engagements (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc.).
• Compile research summaries and briefing notes for leadership.
• Assist in drafting positioning materials and industry engagement documents.
• Track key industry events and ecosystem developments.

• Innovation & Growth Support
• Assist in evaluating new service opportunities and adjacent market expansion areas.
• Support development of structured business case inputs and financial assumptions.
• Conduct preliminary research on partnership and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Support
• Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO Office and Group Strategy team.
• Assist in research and coordination related to inorganic growth and potential M&A opportunities.
• Contribute to market intelligence development and competitive positioning analysis.
• Support preparation of briefing materials for analyst, consultant, and regulatory engagements.
• Executive Presentation Support
• Prepare structured PowerPoint slides and executive-level summaries.
• Translate research findings into clear, concise, insight-driven narratives.
• Support scenario analysis and data consolidation for leadership updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 1- 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, research, analytics, or similar analytical roles.
• Internship exposure to strategy, finance, corporate development, or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Experience in PowerPoint-intensive roles preferred.
• Strong research and structured analytical capability.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication ability.
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Curiosity about technology, cybersecurity, and market dynamics.
